Shine reads differently depending on what makes it. Glitter gives an even glow across the fabric and works even in daylight. Sequins break the light and come alive in movement. Beads and pearls glow deeper and quieter — you see them close up, in detail shots.

For an evening reception and flash photography this is the best choice in the catalogue: where a matte dress looks calm, a sparkling one becomes the centre of the frame.

One warning from experience: a sparkling dress is almost always heavier than a matte one of the same cut, and a densely beaded one is noticeably warmer. For a July wedding in Krasnodar, try it on at the hour your ceremony will actually take place.
